Yandex will Launch Own Cloud Storage

“Yandex” will launch free service for cloud storage soon, Vedomosti newspaper noticed. The service will synchronize to the “cloud” information from the user’s computers and mobile phones. Probably this will is the Russian response to Apple iCloud service.

Each user will be get up to 10 GB. Yandex now thinking about how to limit the numbers of downloads per file.

Today cloud storage services have been part of daily life for millions of users around the word. Yandex will be focuses in iCloud model, said a source from “Yandex”, according to Vedomosti.

“Yandex” will increase the disk space, for free. The aim of the project was to attract more users, and earn from advertising.
